By accessing or using ExpoScore (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all these terms, do not use the Service.
ExpoScore provides blockchain address privacy exposure analysis for informational purposes only. Results do not constitute financial, legal, tax, AML, sanctions, or compliance advice. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any results.

ExpoScore is a digital subscription service operated by Gexiro Global Enterprises Ltd, Gibraltar. Paid plans (Pro, Business) are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
By starting a paid subscription, you request immediate access to ExpoScore Pro or Business digital services. You acknowledge that once access is provided, any statutory withdrawal or cancellation right may be lost or limited where permitted by applicable law.
You may cancel future renewals at any time from your dashboard via the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and your paid access remains active until that date. We do not automatically prorate or refund the portion of the current billing period that has already elapsed.
Payments for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where there has been a duplicate charge, billing error, unauthorized or fraudulent payment, or a verified technical failure that prevented access to the paid service.
Plan upgrades take effect immediately. Plan downgrades are scheduled to take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. We do not create duplicate active subscriptions for the same account.
All content, algorithms, and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Gexiro Global Enterprises Ltd. Our heuristic methodology is proprietary.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gexiro Global Enterprises Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gibraltar, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply depending on your country of residence and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
